With the retirement of NDS Surgical Imaging’s veteran CTO, Ron Hansen, the
Company has appointed Dr. Peter M. Steven to the role of Chief Technology
Officer. Dr. Steven was instrumental in the design and development of the
first diagnostic LCD displays for radiology. He also played a leading role in
the development of the first auto-calibrating medical flat panel display, and

with two new funders for its Series B capital raise: Morgan Stanley
Alternative Investment Partners, and Energy Technology Ventures — a GE-NRG
